We build those skills in order. Attention first, so your dog checks in with you rather than reacting. Then sit including door manners, leave it for impulse control, and loose lead walking so outings stop being a wrestle. Recall and stays follow, extending in distance and difficulty.
Advanced levels move into off-lead reliability and hand signals. Private in-home sessions are available if your dog needs a calmer start.
